    Responsibility Description
    1. Provide a warm and professional greeting to visitors and customers at the front desk. Manage phone inquiries and ensure that they are promptly directed to the appropriate team members.
    2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitors and customers. Communicate important information to relevant stakeholders, while ensuring the reception area remains organized and welcoming.
    3. Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism, redirecting them to the appropriate departments or individuals as needed. Receive, log, and distribute all incoming mail, parcels, goods, samples, and bills. Coordinate the dispatch of outgoing items with courier services, ensuring timely delivery.
    4. Assist with various administrative tasks and ensure that all official contact information is maintained accurately and efficiently. Take on other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall effectiveness and smooth running of office operations.
